Redbridge Mobility Vehicles are too tall to enter the car park to drop their passengers off outside the Shopmobility in Car park A, and must, therefore, drop off and pick up outside the Premier Inn. However, the only dropped curb there is still 2″ high. Today a taxi driver came to our rescue and lifted my husband’s electric wheel chair up the curb. Please could you lower the curb otherwise we, and other users of such mobility transport cannot get into the shopping mall?
