A guide to the hotels and accomodation at Westfield Stratford City, the “Olympics” shopping centre in east London, UK.
The Premier Inn hotel on the
Westfield Stratford City site opened on the 13th September 2011. It contains approximately 267 rooms, is adjacent to the Olympic Stadium and is the closest hotel to Stratford International Station.
Address: Premier Inn London Stratford, 9 International Square, Westfield Stratford City, Montfichet Road, Olympic Park, E15 1AZ.
Telephone: 0871 527 9286 (costs 10p per minute + network extras)
Book rooms online: Premier Inn London Stratford hotel.
1) Holiday Inn, London-Stratford City (approx 188 rooms) – “4‐star flagship”
2) Staybridge Suites, London-Stratford City (approx 162 rooms) – “executive” level
The two other hotels (part of the Intercontinental Hotels Group) are due to open in 2012, ahead of the London Olympic games. In total the three hotels will provide 617 beds at Westfield Stratford City. They’re very close to the London Olympic Park and are well served by transport connections; Stratford Regional Station (sometimes known as Stratford (London)) is adjacent to Marks & Spencer and Stratford International station is adjacent to John Lewis and Waitrose.
More accomodation
The London 2012 team are saying that because the transport links are so good, visitors to the Olympics and Westfield Stratford have 100,000 hotel rooms to choose from… as it should be possible to travel from most corners of London to the Olympic sites. For example, Stratford Regional Station is on the Central tube line, which will take you into the centre of London and out west to Westfield London shopping centre, if necessary.
However, if you would like to stay closer to Westfield Stratford and the Olympic Park then you do have other options. See this Google map of nearby hotels.
For example, the Holiday Inn Express Hotel London-Stratford is open and has 153 rooms. It’s approximately a 10 minute walk from the Holiday Inn Express Hotel London-Stratford to the Westfield Stratford site.

Im currently looking for full time permanent work.
I would be interested in working in one of the hotels that are due to open in 2012.
