It would be good to find out if any other new retailers are thinking of opening here at Victoria Square; Harvey Nicholls, Diesel, Armani Exchange, Forever 21, 7ForAllMankind, Mulberry, Uniqlo, Gant, Ralph Lauren, Massimo Dutti, Bershka, Krispy Kreme, Pret A Manger, Waitrose. None of these have a prescence in the centre or in Belfast at the moment.

I know Superdry are opening a flagship store in the centre in April, but does anyone know if there are plans for Abercrombie & Fitch or Armani Exchange to open in Victoria Square?

Hi Wazza1 we’ve not heard that Abercrombie and Fitch
        is opening in Belfast.
But Victoria Square does have a Hollister (a Abercrombie sub-company).
        Thanks for visiting MSUK.

I have contacted Forever 21, to ask if they plan to open a store in Belfast and they have said that they have no immediate plans, however I can see it opening in late 2012 or early 2013.

Does anyone know of any other new brands opening in Victoria Square in 2012?

I can envisage Waitrose, Krispy Kreme, Gilly Hicks, Uniqlo and American Apparel opening in Victoria Square in 2012.

I know that a new Asian restaurant is opening in August, called Cosmo. This is their first restaurant in Ireland.

If Comos os the chain restaurant that we have here then dont bother waiting your times, crammed tables that are sticky , warm average tasting food , you are better off going to a normal chinese restaurant and only fractionally cehaper going to cosmo

Hi Debs, there isn’t Krispy Kreme currently in Northen Ireland, however I contacted them and they said in the long term they anticipate opening. I love them too and Victoria Square is the ideal place for a branch… I suggest visiting their website and emailing, putting pressure to open ASAP….. I already have…..

Is there a Café Rouge in Victoria Square? I have visited these restaurants while travelling round England and Wales and their food is delicious and well priced.

Hi Linda, currently there is no Café Rouge in Victoria Square, Belfast. The centre has 15 restaurants – including Prezzo, Pizza Hut and Pizza Express – but no Cafe Rouge. Thanks for visiting MSUK.

I’d love to see American Apparel in Belfast too. Best way to find out is to email or call their head office…I contacted them about a year ago and they said not at present, so may be worth finding out what their plans are for 2014
