I have found the M @ S website totally confusing and inaccurate. Today I arrived at the Metrocentre, Gateshead, expecting to find the store open – as indicated. It was not. Further more, some people who had travelled more than 90 miles to return some goods, were standing beside me, wondering how M & S had got it so wrong!! This is appalling, and inexcusable.
